Private beta · invites going out weekly

Status updates that write themselves.

Acme reads what your team already shipped and drafts the weekly update for you. You edit, you send. Nobody spends Friday afternoon reconstructing their week.

One email when your invite is ready. No newsletter.

Everything the update needs, nothing it doesn't

The work is already written down across your tools. Acme puts it in one place, in order, in plain words.

  • Reads what you shipped

Connects to your repo, your tracker and your calendar, and collects the week as it happened — merged work, closed tickets, decisions.

  • Drafts in your voice

Learns from the last few updates you sent, so the draft sounds like your team and not like a press release.

  • You stay the editor

Nothing is sent until you press send. Every line links back to the work it came from, so checking a claim takes one click.

  • Private by default

Drafts are visible to the person who will send them and no one else. Disconnect a tool and what it shared is deleted.

  • Fits your week

Friday afternoon, Monday morning, or every second Thursday. The draft is ready when you are, in your time zone.

  • Plain text out

Copy it into chat, send it as email, or export Markdown. No viewer to log in to, no link that expires.

How it works

Set it up once. After that, the update is something you read, not something you write.

  1. Connect your tools

Sign in to the tools your team already uses. Two minutes, read-only access.

  2. Review the draft

At the time you pick, a draft is waiting: shipped, in progress, blocked. Cut, reorder, rewrite.

  3. Send it anywhere

Post it to your team chat, email it to stakeholders, or paste it into your notes.

Questions

Something not covered here? Ask when you join — we read every reply.

When can I use it?

We are letting people in from the waitlist in small groups. Join, and you will get one email when your invite is ready.

What happens to my email address?

It is used to send you an invite and nothing else. It is never shared or sold. The privacy page has the details.

Will it ever send an update without me?

No. A draft stays a draft until you send it yourself. There is no auto-send setting, on purpose.

Which tools does it connect to?

The usual places a team ships from: code hosting, issue trackers and calendars. Tell us which ones you need when you join — it decides what we build next.

Can I leave the waitlist?

Yes. Reply to any email from us and ask, and your address is deleted.
